2 Now, thou859 son1121 of man,120 wilt thou judge,8199 wilt thou judge8199 853 the bloody1818 city?5892 yea, thou shalt show3045 her 853 all3605 her abominations.8441
3 Then say559 thou, Thus3541 saith559 the Lord136 God,3069 The city5892 sheddeth8210 blood1818 in the midst8432 of it, that her time6256 may come,935 and maketh6213 idols1544 against5921 herself to defile2930 herself.
4 Thou art become guilty816 in thy blood1818 that834 thou hast shed;8210 and hast defiled2930 thyself in thine idols1544 which834 thou hast made;6213 and thou hast caused thy days3117 to draw near,7126 and art come935 even unto5704 thy years:8141 therefore5921 3651 have I made5414 thee a reproach2781 unto the heathen,1471 and a mocking7048 to all3605 countries.776
5 Those that be near,7138 and those that be far7350 from4480 thee, shall mock7046 thee, which art infamous2931 8034 and much7227 vexed.4103
6 Behold,2009 the princes5387 of Israel,3478 every one376 were1961 in thee to their power2220 to4616 shed8210 blood.1818
7 In thee have they set light7043 by father1 and mother:517 in the midst8432 of thee have they dealt6213 by oppression6233 with the stranger:1616 in thee have they vexed3238 the fatherless3490 and the widow.490
8 Thou hast despised959 mine holy things,6944 and hast profaned2490 my sabbaths.7676
9 In thee are1961 men376 that carry tales7400 to4616 shed8210 blood:1818 and in thee they eat398 upon413 the mountains:2022 in the midst8432 of thee they commit6213 lewdness.2154
10 In thee have they discovered1540 their fathers'1 nakedness:6172 in thee have they humbled6031 her that was set apart5079 for pollution.2931
11 And one376 hath committed6213 abomination8441 with854 his neighbor's7453 wife;802 and another376 hath lewdly2154 defiled2930 853 his daughter-in-law;3618 and another376 in thee hath humbled6031 853 his sister,269 his father's1 daughter.1323
12 In thee have they taken3947 gifts7810 to4616 shed8210 blood;1818 thou hast taken3947 usury5392 and increase,8636 and thou hast greedily gained1214 of thy neighbors7453 by extortion,6233 and hast forgotten7911 me, saith5002 the Lord136 God.3069
13 Behold,2009 therefore I have smitten5221 mine hand3709 at413 thy dishonest gain1215 which834 thou hast made,6213 and at5921 thy blood1818 which834 hath been1961 in the midst8432 of thee.
14 Can thine heart3820 endure,5975 or518 can thine hands3027 be strong,2388 in the days3117 that834 I589 shall deal6213 with thee? I589 the LORD3068 have spoken1696 it, and will do6213 it.
15 And I will scatter6327 thee among the heathen,1471 and disperse2219 thee in the countries,776 and will consume8552 thy filthiness2932 out of4480 thee.
16 And thou shalt take thine inheritance2490 in thyself in the sight5869 of the heathen,1471 and thou shalt know3045 that3588 I589 am the Lord.3068
17 And the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 unto413 me, saying,559
18 Son1121 of man,120 the house1004 of Israel3478 is to me become1961 dross:5509 all3605 they are brass,5178 and tin,913 and iron,1270 and lead,5777 in the midst8432 of the furnace;3564 they are1961 even the dross5509 of silver.3701
19 Therefore3651 thus3541 saith559 the Lord136 God;3069 Because3282 ye are all3605 become1961 dross,5509 behold,2009 therefore3651 I will gather6908 you into413 the midst8432 of Jerusalem.3389
20 As they gather6910 silver,3701 and brass,5178 and iron,1270 and lead,5777 and tin,913 into413 the midst8432 of the furnace,3564 to blow5301 the fire784 upon5921 it, to melt5413 it; so3651 will I gather6908 you in mine anger639 and in my fury,2534 and I will leave5117 you there, and melt5413 you.
21 Yea, I will gather3664 you, and blow5301 upon5921 you in the fire784 of my wrath,5678 and ye shall be melted5413 in the midst8432 ther.
22 As silver3701 is melted2046 in the midst8432 of the furnace,3564 so3651 shall ye be melted5413 in the midst8432 ther; and ye shall know3045 that3588 I589 the LORD3068 have poured out8210 my fury2534 upon5921 you.
23 And the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 unto413 me, saying,559
24 Son1121 of man,120 say559 unto her, Thou859 art the land776 that1931 is not3808 cleansed,2891 nor3808 rained upon1656 in the day3117 of indignation.2195
25 There is a conspiracy7195 of her prophets5030 in the midst8432 ther, like a roaring7580 lion738 ravening2963 the prey;2964 they have devoured398 souls;5315 they have taken3947 the treasure2633 and precious things;3366 they have made her many7235 widows490 in the midst8432 ther.
26 Her priests3548 have violated2554 my law,8451 and have profaned2490 mine holy things:6944 they have put no difference914 3808 between996 the holy6944 and profane,2455 neither3808 have they showed3045 difference between996 the unclean2931 and the clean,2889 and have hid5956 their eyes5869 from my sabbaths,4480 7676 and I am profaned2490 among8432 them.
27 Her princes8269 in the midst7130 ther are like wolves2061 ravening2963 the prey,2964 to shed8210 blood,1818 and to destroy6 souls,5315 to4616 get1214 dishonest gain.1215
28 And her prophets5030 have daubed2902 them with untempered8602 mortar, seeing2374 vanity,7723 and divining7080 lies3577 unto them, saying,559 Thus3541 saith559 the Lord136 God,3069 when the LORD3068 hath not3808 spoken.1696
29 The people5971 of the land776 have used6231 oppression,6233 and exercised1497 robbery,1498 and have vexed3238 the poor6041 and needy:34 yea, they have oppressed6231 the stranger1616 wrongfully.3808 4941
30 And I sought1245 for a man376 among4480 them, that should make up1443 the hedge,1447 and stand5975 in the gap6556 before6440 me for1157 the land,776 that I should not1115 destroy7843 it: but I found4672 none.3808
31 Therefore have I poured out8210 mine indignation2195 upon5921 them; I have consumed3615 them with the fire784 of my wrath:5678 their own way1870 have I recompensed5414 upon their heads,7218 saith5002 the Lord136 God.3069

1 καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
2 καὶ σύ υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου εἰ κρινεῖς τὴν πόλιν τῶν αἱμάτων καὶ παράδειξον αὐτῇ πάσας τὰς ἀνομίας αὐτῆς
3 καὶ ἐρεῖς τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος ὦ πόλις ἐκχέουσα αἵματα ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς τοῦ ἐλθεῖν καιρὸν αὐτῆς καὶ ποιοῦσα ἐνθυμήματα καθ᾽ αὑτῆς τοῦ μιαίνειν αὐτήν
4 ἐν τοῖς αἵμασιν αὐτῶν οἷς ἐξέχεας παραπέπτωκας καὶ ἐν τοῖς ἐνθυμήμασίν σου οἷς ἐποίεις ἐμιαίνου καὶ ἤγγισας τὰς ἡμέρας σου καὶ ἤγαγες καιρὸν ἐτῶν σου διὰ τοῦτο δέδωκά σε εἰς ὄνειδος τοῖς ἔθνεσιν καὶ εἰς ἐμπαιγμὸν πάσαις ταῖς χώραις
5 ταῖς ἐγγιζούσαις πρὸς σὲ καὶ ταῖς μακρὰν ἀπεχούσαις ἀπὸ σοῦ καὶ ἐμπαίξονται ἐν σοί ἀκάθαρτος ἡ ὀνομαστὴ καὶ πολλὴ ἐν ταῖς ἀνομίαις
6 ἰδοὺ οἱ ἀφηγούμενοι οἴκου Ισραηλ ἕκαστος πρὸς τοὺς συγγενεῖς αὐτοῦ συνανεφύροντο ἐν σοί ὅπως ἐκχέωσιν αἷμα
7 πατέρα καὶ μητέρα ἐκακολόγουν ἐν σοὶ καὶ πρὸς τὸν προσήλυτον ἀνεστρέφοντο ἐν ἀδικίαις ἐν σοί ὀρφανὸν καὶ χήραν κατεδυνάστευον ἐν σοί
8 καὶ τὰ ἅγιά μου ἐξουδένουν καὶ τὰ σάββατά μου ἐβεβήλουν ἐν σοί
9 ἄνδρες λῃσταὶ ἐν σοί ὅπως ἐκχέωσιν ἐν σοὶ αἷμα καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν ὀρέων ἤσθοσαν ἐν σοί ἀνόσια ἐποίουν ἐν μέσῳ σου
10 αἰσχύνην πατρὸς ἀπεκάλυψαν ἐν σοὶ καὶ ἐν ἀκαθαρσίαις ἀποκαθημένην ἐταπείνουν ἐν σοί
11 ἕκαστος τὴν γυναῖκα τοῦ πλησίον αὐτοῦ ἠνομοῦσαν καὶ ἕκαστος τὴν νύμφην αὐτοῦ ἐμίαινεν ἐν ἀσεβείᾳ καὶ ἕκαστος τὴν ἀδελφὴν αὐτοῦ θυγατέρα τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ ἐταπείνουν ἐν σοί
12 δῶρα ἐλαμβάνοσαν ἐν σοί ὅπως ἐκχέωσιν αἷμα τόκον καὶ πλεονασμὸν ἐλαμβάνοσαν ἐν σοί καὶ συνετελέσω συντέλειαν κακίας σου τὴν ἐν καταδυναστείᾳ ἐμοῦ δὲ ἐπελάθου λέγει κύριος
13 ἐὰν δὲ πατάξω χεῖρά μου πρὸς χεῖρά μου ἐφ᾽ οἷς συντετέλεσαι οἷς ἐποίησας καὶ ἐπὶ τοῖς αἵμασίν σου τοῖς γεγενημένοις ἐν μέσῳ σου
14 εἰ ὑποστήσεται ἡ καρδία σου εἰ κρατήσουσιν αἱ χεῖρές σου ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις αἷς ἐγὼ ποιῶ ἐν σοί ἐγὼ κύριος λελάληκα καὶ ποιήσω
15 καὶ διασκορπιῶ σε ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν καὶ διασπερῶ σε ἐν ταῖς χώραις καὶ ἐκλείψει ἡ ἀκαθαρσία σου ἐκ σοῦ
16 καὶ κατακληρονομήσω ἐν σοὶ κατ᾽ ὀφθαλμοὺς τῶν ἐθνῶν καὶ γνώσεσθε διότι ἐγὼ κύριος
17 καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
18 υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου ἰδοὺ γεγόνασί μοι ὁ οἶκος Ισραηλ ἀναμεμειγμένοι πάντες χαλκῷ καὶ σιδήρῳ καὶ κασσιτέρῳ καὶ μολίβῳ ἐν μέσῳ ἀργυρίου ἀναμεμειγμένος ἐστίν
19 διὰ τοῦτο εἰπόν τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐγένεσθε πάντες εἰς σύγκρασιν μίαν διὰ τοῦτο ἐγὼ εἰσδέχομαι ὑμᾶς εἰς μέσον Ιερουσαλημ
20 καθὼς εἰσδέχεται ἄργυρος καὶ χαλκὸς καὶ σίδηρος καὶ κασσίτερος καὶ μόλιβος εἰς μέσον καμίνου τοῦ ἐκφυσῆσαι εἰς αὐτὸ πῦρ τοῦ χωνευθῆναι οὕτως εἰσδέξομαι ὑμᾶς ἐν ὀργῇ μου καὶ συνάξω καὶ χωνεύσω ὑμᾶς
21 καὶ ἐκφυσήσω ἐφ᾽ ὑμᾶς ἐν πυρὶ ὀργῆς μου καὶ χωνευθήσεσθε ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς
22 ὃν τρόπον χωνεύεται ἀργύριον ἐν μέσῳ καμίνου οὕτως χωνευθήσεσθε ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς καὶ ἐπιγνώσεσθε διότι ἐγὼ κύριος ἐξέχεα τὸν θυμόν μου ἐφ᾽ ὑμᾶς
23 καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
24 υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου εἰπὸν αὐτῇ σὺ εἶ γῆ ἡ οὐ βρεχομένη οὐδὲ ὑετὸς ἐγένετο ἐπὶ σὲ ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ὀργῆς
25 ἧς οἱ ἀφηγούμενοι ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς ὡς λέοντες ὠρυόμενοι ἁρπάζοντες ἁρπάγματα ψυχὰς κατεσθίοντες ἐν δυναστείᾳ τιμὰς λαμβάνοντες ἐν ἀδικίᾳ καὶ αἱ χῆραί σου ἐπληθύνθησαν ἐν μέσῳ σου
26 καὶ οἱ ἱερεῖς αὐτῆς ἠθέτησαν νόμον μου καὶ ἐβεβήλουν τὰ ἅγιά μου ἀνὰ μέσον ἁγίου καὶ βεβήλου οὐ διέστελλον καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον ἀκαθάρτου καὶ τοῦ καθαροῦ οὐ διέστελλον καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν σαββάτων μου παρεκάλυπτον τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτῶν καὶ ἐβεβηλούμην ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῶν
27 οἱ ἄρχοντες αὐτῆς ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς ὡς λύκοι ἁρπάζοντες ἁρπάγματα τοῦ ἐκχέαι αἷμα ὅπως πλεονεξίᾳ πλεονεκτῶσιν
28 καὶ οἱ προφῆται αὐτῆς ἀλείφοντες αὐτοὺς πεσοῦνται ὁρῶντες μάταια μαντευόμενοι ψευδῆ λέγοντες τάδε λέγει κύριος καὶ κύριος οὐ λελάληκεν
29 λαὸν τῆς γῆς ἐκπιεζοῦντες ἀδικίᾳ καὶ διαρπάζοντες ἁρπάγματα πτωχὸν καὶ πένητα καταδυναστεύοντες καὶ πρὸς τὸν προσήλυτον οὐκ ἀναστρεφόμενοι μετὰ κρίματος
30 καὶ ἐζήτουν ἐξ αὐτῶν ἄνδρα ἀναστρεφόμενον ὀρθῶς καὶ ἑστῶτα πρὸ προσώπου μου ὁλοσχερῶς ἐν καιρῷ τῆς γῆς τοῦ μὴ εἰς τέλος ἐξαλεῖψαι αὐτήν καὶ οὐχ εὗρον
31 καὶ ἐξέχεα ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν θυμόν μου ἐν πυρὶ ὀργῆς μου τοῦ συντελέσαι τὰς ὁδοὺς αὐτῶν εἰς κεφαλὰς αὐτῶν δέδωκα λέγει κύριος κύριος

1 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃
2 וְאַתָּ֣ה בֶן־אָדָ֔ם הֲתִשְׁפֹּ֥ט הֲתִשְׁפֹּ֖ט אֶת־עִ֣יר הַדָּמִ֑ים וְה֣וֹדַעְתָּ֔הּ אֵ֖ת כָּל־תּוֹעֲבוֹתֶֽיהָ׃
3 וְאָמַרְתָּ֗ כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה עִ֣יר שֹׁפֶ֥כֶת דָּ֛ם בְּתוֹכָ֖הּ לָב֣וֹא עִתָּ֑הּ וְעָשְׂתָ֧ה גִלּוּלִ֛ים עָלֶ֖יהָ לְטָמְאָֽה׃
4 בְּדָמֵ֨ךְ אֲשֶׁר־שָׁפַ֜כְתְּ אָשַׁ֗מְתְּ וּבְגִלּוּלַ֤יִךְ אֲשֶׁר־עָשִׂית֙ טָמֵ֔את וַתַּקְרִ֣יבִי יָמַ֔יִךְ וַתָּב֖וֹא עַד־שְׁנוֹתָ֑יִךְ עַל־כֵּ֗ן נְתַתִּ֤יךְ חֶרְפָּה֙ לַגּוֹיִ֔ם וְקַלָּסָ֖ה לְכָל־הָאֲרָצֽוֹת׃
5 הַקְּרֹב֛וֹת וְהָרְחֹק֥וֹת מִמֵּ֖ךְ יִתְקַלְּסוּ־בָ֑ךְ טְמֵאַ֣ת הַשֵּׁ֔ם רַבַּ֖ת הַמְּהוּמָֽה׃
6 הִנֵּה֙ נְשִׂיאֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אִ֥ישׁ לִזְרֹע֖וֹ הָ֣יוּ בָ֑ךְ לְמַ֖עַן שְׁפָךְ־דָּֽם׃
7 אָ֤ב וָאֵם֙ הֵקַ֣לּוּ בָ֔ךְ לַגֵּ֛ר עָשׂ֥וּ בַעֹ֖שֶׁק בְּתוֹכֵ֑ךְ יָת֥וֹם וְאַלְמָנָ֖ה ה֥וֹנוּ בָֽךְ׃
8 קָדָשַׁ֖י בָּזִ֑ית וְאֶת־שַׁבְּתֹתַ֖י חִלָּֽלְתְּ׃
9 אַנְשֵׁ֥י רָכִ֛יל הָ֥יוּ בָ֖ךְ לְמַ֣עַן שְׁפָךְ־דָּ֑ם וְאֶל־הֶֽהָרִים֙ אָ֣כְלוּ בָ֔ךְ זִמָּ֖ה עָשׂ֥וּ בְתוֹכֵֽךְ׃
10 עֶרְוַת־אָ֖ב גִּלָּה־בָ֑ךְ טְמֵאַ֥ת הַנִּדָּ֖ה עִנּוּ־בָֽךְ׃
11 וְאִ֣ישׁ׀ אֶת־אֵ֣שֶׁת רֵעֵ֗הוּ עָשָׂה֙ תּֽוֹעֵבָ֔ה וְאִ֥ישׁ אֶת־כַּלָּת֖וֹ טִמֵּ֣א בְזִמָּ֑ה וְאִ֛ישׁ אֶת־אֲחֹת֥וֹ בַת־אָבִ֖יו עִנָּה־בָֽךְ׃
12 שֹׁ֥חַד לָֽקְחוּ־בָ֖ךְ לְמַ֣עַן שְׁפָךְ־דָּ֑ם נֶ֧שֶׁךְ וְתַרְבִּ֣ית לָקַ֗חַתְּ וַתְּבַצְּעִ֤י רֵעַ֙יִךְ֙ בַּעֹ֔שֶׁק וְאֹתִ֣י שָׁכַ֔חַתְּ נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃
13 וְהִנֵּה֙ הִכֵּ֣יתִי כַפִּ֔י אֶל־בִּצְעֵ֖ךְ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשִׂ֑ית וְעַ֨ל־דָּמֵ֔ךְ אֲשֶׁ֥ר הָי֖וּ בְּתוֹכֵֽךְ׃
14 הֲיַעֲמֹ֤ד לִבֵּךְ֙ אִם־תֶּחֱזַ֣קְנָה יָדַ֔יִךְ לַיָּמִ֕ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֲנִ֖י עֹשֶׂ֣ה אוֹתָ֑ךְ אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי וְעָשִֽׂיתִי׃
15 וַהֲפִיצוֹתִ֤י אוֹתָךְ֙ בַּגּוֹיִ֔ם וְזֵרִיתִ֖יךְ בָּאֲרָצ֑וֹת וַהֲתִמֹּתִ֥י טֻמְאָתֵ֖ךְ מִמֵּֽךְ׃
16 וְנִחַ֥לְתְּ בָּ֖ךְ לְעֵינֵ֣י גוֹיִ֑ם וְיָדַ֖עַתְּ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ פ
17 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃
18 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם הָיוּ־לִ֥י בֵֽית־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לסוג לְסִ֑יג כֻּלָּ֡ם נְ֠חֹשֶׁת וּבְדִ֨יל וּבַרְזֶ֤ל וְעוֹפֶ֙רֶת֙ בְּת֣וֹךְ כּ֔וּר סִגִ֥ים כֶּ֖סֶף הָיֽוּ׃ ס
19 לָכֵ֗ן כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה יַ֛עַן הֱי֥וֹת כֻּלְּכֶ֖ם לְסִגִ֑ים לָכֵן֙ הִנְנִ֣י קֹבֵ֣ץ אֶתְכֶ֔ם אֶל־תּ֖וֹךְ יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
20 קְבֻ֣צַת כֶּ֡סֶף וּ֠נְחֹשֶׁת וּבַרְזֶ֨ל וְעוֹפֶ֤רֶת וּבְדִיל֙ אֶל־תּ֣וֹךְ כּ֔וּר לָפַֽחַת־עָלָ֥יו אֵ֖שׁ לְהַנְתִּ֑יךְ כֵּ֤ן אֶקְבֹּץ֙ בְּאַפִּ֣י וּבַחֲמָתִ֔י וְהִנַּחְתִּ֥י וְהִתַּכְתִּ֖י אֶתְכֶֽם׃
21 וְכִנַּסְתִּ֣י אֶתְכֶ֔ם וְנָפַחְתִּ֥י עֲלֵיכֶ֖ם בְּאֵ֣שׁ עֶבְרָתִ֑י וְנִתַּכְתֶּ֖ם בְּתוֹכָֽהּ׃
22 כְּהִתּ֥וּךְ כֶּ֙סֶף֙ בְּת֣וֹךְ כּ֔וּר כֵּ֖ן תֻּתְּכ֣וּ בְתוֹכָ֑הּ וִֽידַעְתֶּם֙ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֣י יְהוָ֔ה שָׁפַ֥כְתִּי חֲמָתִ֖י עֲלֵיכֶֽם׃ פ
23 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃
24 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם אֱמָר־לָ֕הּ אַ֣תְּ אֶ֔רֶץ לֹ֥א מְטֹהָרָ֖ה הִ֑יא לֹ֥א גֻשְׁמָ֖הּ בְּי֥וֹם זָֽעַם׃
25 קֶ֤שֶׁר נְבִיאֶ֙יהָ֙ בְּתוֹכָ֔הּ כַּאֲרִ֥י שׁוֹאֵ֖ג טֹ֣רֵֽף טָ֑רֶף נֶ֣פֶשׁ אָכָ֗לוּ חֹ֤סֶן וִיקָר֙ יִקָּ֔חוּ אַלְמְנוֹתֶ֖יהָ הִרְבּ֥וּ בְתוֹכָֽהּ׃
26 כֹּהֲנֶ֜יהָ חָמְס֣וּ תוֹרָתִי֮ וַיְחַלְּל֣וּ קָדָשַׁי֒ בֵּֽין־קֹ֤דֶשׁ לְחֹל֙ לֹ֣א הִבְדִּ֔ילוּ וּבֵין־הַטָּמֵ֥א לְטָה֖וֹר לֹ֣א הוֹדִ֑יעוּ וּמִשַׁבְּתוֹתַי֙ הֶעְלִ֣ימוּ עֵֽינֵיהֶ֔ם וָאֵחַ֖ל בְּתוֹכָֽם׃
27 שָׂרֶ֣יהָ בְקִרְבָּ֔הּ כִּזְאֵבִ֖ים טֹ֣רְפֵי טָ֑רֶף לִשְׁפָּךְ־דָּם֙ לְאַבֵּ֣ד נְפָשׁ֔וֹת לְמַ֖עַן בְּצֹ֥עַ בָּֽצַע׃
28 וּנְבִיאֶ֗יהָ טָח֤וּ לָהֶם֙ תָּפֵ֔ל חֹזִ֣ים שָׁ֔וְא וְקֹסְמִ֥ים לָהֶ֖ם כָּזָ֑ב אֹמְרִ֗ים כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה וַֽיהוָ֖ה לֹ֥א דִבֵּֽר׃
29 עַ֤ם הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ עָ֣שְׁקוּ עֹ֔שֶׁק וְגָזְל֖וּ גָּזֵ֑ל וְעָנִ֤י וְאֶבְיוֹן֙ הוֹנ֔וּ וְאֶת־הַגֵּ֥ר עָשְׁק֖וּ בְּלֹ֥א מִשְׁפָּֽט׃
30 וָאֲבַקֵּ֣שׁ מֵהֶ֡ם אִ֣ישׁ גֹּֽדֵר־גָּדֵר֩ וְעֹמֵ֨ד בַּפֶּ֧רֶץ לְפָנַ֛י בְּעַ֥ד הָאָ֖רֶץ לְבִלְתִּ֣י שַׁחֲתָ֑הּ וְלֹ֖א מָצָֽאתִי׃
31 וָאֶשְׁפֹּ֤ךְ עֲלֵיהֶם֙ זַעְמִ֔י בְּאֵ֥שׁ עֶבְרָתִ֖י כִּלִּיתִ֑ים דַּרְכָּם֙ בְּרֹאשָׁ֣ם נָתַ֔תִּי נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֹֽה׃ פ

1 Et factum est verbum Domini ad me, dicens:
2 Et tu, fili hominis, nonne judicas, nonne judicas civitatem sanguinum?
3 Et ostendes ei omnes abominationes suas, et dices: Hc dicit Dominus Deus: Civitas effundens sanguinem in medio sui, ut veniat tempus ejus: et qu fecit idola contra semetipsam, ut pollueretur.
4 In sanguine tuo, qui a te effusus est, deliquisti, et in idolis tuis, qu fecisti, polluta es: et appropinquare fecisti dies tuos, et adduxisti tempus annorum tuorum: propterea dedi te opprobrium gentibus, et irrisionem universis terris.
5 Qu juxta sunt, et qu procul a te, triumphabunt de te, sordida, nobilis, grandis interitu.
6 Ecce principes Isral singuli in brachio suo fuerunt in te, ad effundendum sanguinem.
7 Patrem et matrem contumeliis affecerunt: in te advenam calumniati sunt in medio tui: pupillum et viduam contristaverunt apud te.
8 Sanctuaria mea sprevisti, et sabbata mea polluisti.
9 Viri detractores fuerunt in te ad effundendum sanguinem, et super montes comederunt in te: scelus operati sunt in medio tui.
10 Verecundiora patris discooperuerunt in te; immunditiam menstruat humiliaverunt in te:
11 et unusquisque in uxorem proximi sui operatus est abominationem, et socer nurum suam polluit nefarie: frater sororem suam, filiam patris sui, oppressit in te.
12 Munera acceperunt apud te ad effundendum sanguinem: usuram et superabundantiam accepisti, et avare proximos tuos calumniabaris: meique oblita es, ait Dominus Deus.
13 Ecce complosi manus meas super avaritiam tuam quam fecisti, et super sanguinem qui effusus est in medio tui.
14 Numquid sustinebit cor tuum, aut prvalebunt manus tu, in diebus quos ego faciam tibi? Ego Dominus locutus sum, et faciam.
15 Et dispergam te in nationes, et ventilabo te in terras, et deficere faciam immunditiam tuam a te.
16 Et possidebo te in conspectu gentium: et scies quia ego Dominus.
17 Et factum est verbum Domini ad me, dicens:
18 Fili hominis, versa est mihi domus Isral in scoriam: omnes isti s, et stannum, et ferrum, et plumbum in medio fornacis: scoria argenti facti sunt.
19 Propterea hc dicit Dominus Deus: Eo quod versi estis omnes in scoriam, propterea ecce ego congregabo vos in medio Jerusalem,
20 congregatione argenti, et ris, et stanni, et ferri, et plumbi, in medio fornacis, ut succendam in ea ignem ad conflandum. Sic congregabo in furore meo, et in ira mea: et requiescam, et conflabo vos.
21 Et congregabo vos, et succendam vos in igne furoris mei, et conflabimini in medio ejus.
22 Ut conflatur argentum in medio fornacis, sic eritis in medio ejus: et scietis quia ego Dominus cum effuderim indignationem meam super vos.
23 Et factum est verbum Domini ad me, dicens:
24 Fili hominis, dic ei: Tu es terra immunda, et non compluta in die furoris.
25 Conjuratio prophetarum in medio ejus: sicut leo rugiens, rapiensque prdam, animas devoraverunt: opes et pretium acceperunt: viduas ejus multiplicaverunt in medio illius.
26 Sacerdotes ejus contempserunt legem meam, et polluerunt sanctuaria mea: inter sanctum et profanum non habuerunt distantiam, et inter pollutum et mundum non intellexerunt: et a sabbatis meis averterunt oculos suos, et coinquinabar in medio eorum.
27 Principes ejus in medio illius quasi lupi rapientes prdam ad effundendum sanguinem, et ad perdendas animas, et avare ad sectanda lucra.
28 Prophet autem ejus liniebant eos absque temperamento, videntes vana, et divinantes eis mendacium, dicentes: Hc dicit Dominus Deus: cum Dominus non sit locutus.
29 Populi terr calumniabantur calumniam, et rapiebant violenter: egenum et pauperem affligebant, et advenam opprimebant calumnia absque judicio.
30 Et qusivi de eis virum qui interponeret sepem, et staret oppositus contra me pro terra, ne dissiparem eam: et non inveni.
31 Et effudi super eos indignationem meam; in igne ir me consumpsi eos: viam eorum in caput eorum reddidi, ait Dominus Deus.

21 καὶ ἐκφυσήσω ἐφ᾽ ὑμᾶς ἐν πυρὶ ὀργῆς μου καὶ χωνευθήσεσθε ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς
22 ὃν τρόπον χωνεύεται ἀργύριον ἐν μέσῳ καμίνου οὕτως χωνευθήσεσθε ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς καὶ ἐπιγνώσεσθε διότι ἐγὼ κύριος ἐξέχεα τὸν θυμόν μου ἐφ᾽ ὑμᾶς

24 υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου εἰπὸν αὐτῇ σὺ εἶ γῆ ἡ οὐ βρεχομένη οὐδὲ ὑετὸς ἐγένετο ἐπὶ σὲ ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ὀργῆς
25 ἧς οἱ ἀφηγούμενοι ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς ὡς λέοντες ὠρυόμενοι ἁρπάζοντες ἁρπάγματα ψυχὰς κατεσθίοντες ἐν δυναστείᾳ τιμὰς λαμβάνοντες ἐν ἀδικίᾳ καὶ αἱ χῆραί σου ἐπληθύνθησαν ἐν μέσῳ σου
26 καὶ οἱ ἱερεῖς αὐτῆς ἠθέτησαν νόμον μου καὶ ἐβεβήλουν τὰ ἅγιά μου ἀνὰ μέσον ἁγίου καὶ βεβήλου οὐ διέστελλον καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον ἀκαθάρτου καὶ τοῦ καθαροῦ οὐ διέστελλον καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν σαββάτων μου παρεκάλυπτον τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτῶν καὶ ἐβεβηλούμην ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῶν
27 οἱ ἄρχοντες αὐτῆς ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς ὡς λύκοι ἁρπάζοντες ἁρπάγματα τοῦ ἐκχέαι αἷμα ὅπως πλεονεξίᾳ πλεονεκτῶσιν
28 καὶ οἱ προφῆται αὐτῆς ἀλείφοντες αὐτοὺς πεσοῦνται ὁρῶντες μάταια μαντευόμενοι ψευδῆ λέγοντες τάδε λέγει κύριος καὶ κύριος οὐ λελάληκεν
29 λαὸν τῆς γῆς ἐκπιεζοῦντες ἀδικίᾳ καὶ διαρπάζοντες ἁρπάγματα πτωχὸν καὶ πένητα καταδυναστεύοντες καὶ πρὸς τὸν προσήλυτον οὐκ ἀναστρεφόμενοι μετὰ κρίματος
30 καὶ ἐζήτουν ἐξ αὐτῶν ἄνδρα ἀναστρεφόμενον ὀρθῶς καὶ ἑστῶτα πρὸ προσώπου μου ὁλοσχερῶς ἐν καιρῷ τῆς γῆς τοῦ μὴ εἰς τέλος ἐξαλεῖψαι αὐτήν καὶ οὐχ εὗρον

6 הִנֵּה֙ נְשִׂיאֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אִ֥ישׁ לִזְרֹע֖וֹ הָ֣יוּ בָ֑ךְ לְמַ֖עַן שְׁפָךְ־דָּֽם׃

10 עֶרְוַת־אָ֖ב גִּלָּה־בָ֑ךְ טְמֵאַ֥ת הַנִּדָּ֖ה עִנּוּ־בָֽךְ׃
11 וְאִ֣ישׁ׀ אֶת־אֵ֣שֶׁת רֵעֵ֗הוּ עָשָׂה֙ תּֽוֹעֵבָ֔ה וְאִ֥ישׁ אֶת־כַּלָּת֖וֹ טִמֵּ֣א בְזִמָּ֑ה וְאִ֛ישׁ אֶת־אֲחֹת֥וֹ בַת־אָבִ֖יו עִנָּה־בָֽךְ׃
12 שֹׁ֥חַד לָֽקְחוּ־בָ֖ךְ לְמַ֣עַן שְׁפָךְ־דָּ֑ם נֶ֧שֶׁךְ וְתַרְבִּ֣ית לָקַ֗חַתְּ וַתְּבַצְּעִ֤י רֵעַ֙יִךְ֙ בַּעֹ֔שֶׁק וְאֹתִ֣י שָׁכַ֔חַתְּ נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃
13 וְהִנֵּה֙ הִכֵּ֣יתִי כַפִּ֔י אֶל־בִּצְעֵ֖ךְ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשִׂ֑ית וְעַ֨ל־דָּמֵ֔ךְ אֲשֶׁ֥ר הָי֖וּ בְּתוֹכֵֽךְ׃
14 הֲיַעֲמֹ֤ד לִבֵּךְ֙ אִם־תֶּחֱזַ֣קְנָה יָדַ֔יִךְ לַיָּמִ֕ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֲנִ֖י עֹשֶׂ֣ה אוֹתָ֑ךְ אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי וְעָשִֽׂיתִי׃
15 וַהֲפִיצוֹתִ֤י אוֹתָךְ֙ בַּגּוֹיִ֔ם וְזֵרִיתִ֖יךְ בָּאֲרָצ֑וֹת וַהֲתִמֹּתִ֥י טֻמְאָתֵ֖ךְ מִמֵּֽךְ׃
16 וְנִחַ֥לְתְּ בָּ֖ךְ לְעֵינֵ֣י גוֹיִ֑ם וְיָדַ֖עַתְּ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ פ
17 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃
18 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם הָיוּ־לִ֥י בֵֽית־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לסוג לְסִ֑יג כֻּלָּ֡ם נְ֠חֹשֶׁת וּבְדִ֨יל וּבַרְזֶ֤ל וְעוֹפֶ֙רֶת֙ בְּת֣וֹךְ כּ֔וּר סִגִ֥ים כֶּ֖סֶף הָיֽוּ׃ ס
19 לָכֵ֗ן כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה יַ֛עַן הֱי֥וֹת כֻּלְּכֶ֖ם לְסִגִ֑ים לָכֵן֙ הִנְנִ֣י קֹבֵ֣ץ אֶתְכֶ֔ם אֶל־תּ֖וֹךְ יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
20 קְבֻ֣צַת כֶּ֡סֶף וּ֠נְחֹשֶׁת וּבַרְזֶ֨ל וְעוֹפֶ֤רֶת וּבְדִיל֙ אֶל־תּ֣וֹךְ כּ֔וּר לָפַֽחַת־עָלָ֥יו אֵ֖שׁ לְהַנְתִּ֑יךְ כֵּ֤ן אֶקְבֹּץ֙ בְּאַפִּ֣י וּבַחֲמָתִ֔י וְהִנַּחְתִּ֥י וְהִתַּכְתִּ֖י אֶתְכֶֽם׃
21 וְכִנַּסְתִּ֣י אֶתְכֶ֔ם וְנָפַחְתִּ֥י עֲלֵיכֶ֖ם בְּאֵ֣שׁ עֶבְרָתִ֑י וְנִתַּכְתֶּ֖ם בְּתוֹכָֽהּ׃
22 כְּהִתּ֥וּךְ כֶּ֙סֶף֙ בְּת֣וֹךְ כּ֔וּר כֵּ֖ן תֻּתְּכ֣וּ בְתוֹכָ֑הּ וִֽידַעְתֶּם֙ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֣י יְהוָ֔ה שָׁפַ֥כְתִּי חֲמָתִ֖י עֲלֵיכֶֽם׃ פ
23 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃
24 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם אֱמָר־לָ֕הּ אַ֣תְּ אֶ֔רֶץ לֹ֥א מְטֹהָרָ֖ה הִ֑יא לֹ֥א גֻשְׁמָ֖הּ בְּי֥וֹם זָֽעַם׃
25 קֶ֤שֶׁר נְבִיאֶ֙יהָ֙ בְּתוֹכָ֔הּ כַּאֲרִ֥י שׁוֹאֵ֖ג טֹ֣רֵֽף טָ֑רֶף נֶ֣פֶשׁ אָכָ֗לוּ חֹ֤סֶן וִיקָר֙ יִקָּ֔חוּ אַלְמְנוֹתֶ֖יהָ הִרְבּ֥וּ בְתוֹכָֽהּ׃
26 כֹּהֲנֶ֜יהָ חָמְס֣וּ תוֹרָתִי֮ וַיְחַלְּל֣וּ קָדָשַׁי֒ בֵּֽין־קֹ֤דֶשׁ לְחֹל֙ לֹ֣א הִבְדִּ֔ילוּ וּבֵין־הַטָּמֵ֥א לְטָה֖וֹר לֹ֣א הוֹדִ֑יעוּ וּמִשַׁבְּתוֹתַי֙ הֶעְלִ֣ימוּ עֵֽינֵיהֶ֔ם וָאֵחַ֖ל בְּתוֹכָֽם׃
27 שָׂרֶ֣יהָ בְקִרְבָּ֔הּ כִּזְאֵבִ֖ים טֹ֣רְפֵי טָ֑רֶף לִשְׁפָּךְ־דָּם֙ לְאַבֵּ֣ד נְפָשׁ֔וֹת לְמַ֖עַן בְּצֹ֥עַ בָּֽצַע׃
28 וּנְבִיאֶ֗יהָ טָח֤וּ לָהֶם֙ תָּפֵ֔ל חֹזִ֣ים שָׁ֔וְא וְקֹסְמִ֥ים לָהֶ֖ם כָּזָ֑ב אֹמְרִ֗ים כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה וַֽיהוָ֖ה לֹ֥א דִבֵּֽר׃
29 עַ֤ם הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ עָ֣שְׁקוּ עֹ֔שֶׁק וְגָזְל֖וּ גָּזֵ֑ל וְעָנִ֤י וְאֶבְיוֹן֙ הוֹנ֔וּ וְאֶת־הַגֵּ֥ר עָשְׁק֖וּ בְּלֹ֥א מִשְׁפָּֽט׃
30 וָאֲבַקֵּ֣שׁ מֵהֶ֡ם אִ֣ישׁ גֹּֽדֵר־גָּדֵר֩ וְעֹמֵ֨ד בַּפֶּ֧רֶץ לְפָנַ֛י בְּעַ֥ד הָאָ֖רֶץ לְבִלְתִּ֣י שַׁחֲתָ֑הּ וְלֹ֖א מָצָֽאתִי׃
31 וָאֶשְׁפֹּ֤ךְ עֲלֵיהֶם֙ זַעְמִ֔י בְּאֵ֥שׁ עֶבְרָתִ֖י כִּלִּיתִ֑ים דַּרְכָּם֙ בְּרֹאשָׁ֣ם נָתַ֔תִּי נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֹֽה׃ פ
Vul
1 Et factum est verbum Domini ad me, dicens:
2 Et tu, fili hominis, nonne judicas, nonne judicas civitatem sanguinum?
3 Et ostendes ei omnes abominationes suas, et dices: Hc dicit Dominus Deus: Civitas effundens sanguinem in medio sui, ut veniat tempus ejus: et qu fecit idola contra semetipsam, ut pollueretur.
4 In sanguine tuo, qui a te effusus est, deliquisti, et in idolis tuis, qu fecisti, polluta es: et appropinquare fecisti dies tuos, et adduxisti tempus annorum tuorum: propterea dedi te opprobrium gentibus, et irrisionem universis terris.
5 Qu juxta sunt, et qu procul a te, triumphabunt de te, sordida, nobilis, grandis interitu.
6 Ecce principes Isral singuli in brachio suo fuerunt in te, ad effundendum sanguinem.
7 Patrem et matrem contumeliis affecerunt: in te advenam calumniati sunt in medio tui: pupillum et viduam contristaverunt apud te.
8 Sanctuaria mea sprevisti, et sabbata mea polluisti.
9 Viri detractores fuerunt in te ad effundendum sanguinem, et super montes comederunt in te: scelus operati sunt in medio tui.
10 Verecundiora patris discooperuerunt in te; immunditiam menstruat humiliaverunt in te:
11 et unusquisque in uxorem proximi sui operatus est abominationem, et socer nurum suam polluit nefarie: frater sororem suam, filiam patris sui, oppressit in te.
12 Munera acceperunt apud te ad effundendum sanguinem: usuram et superabundantiam accepisti, et avare proximos tuos calumniabaris: meique oblita es, ait Dominus Deus.
13 Ecce complosi manus meas super avaritiam tuam quam fecisti, et super sanguinem qui effusus est in medio tui.
14 Numquid sustinebit cor tuum, aut prvalebunt manus tu, in diebus quos ego faciam tibi? Ego Dominus locutus sum, et faciam.
15 Et dispergam te in nationes, et ventilabo te in terras, et deficere faciam immunditiam tuam a te.
16 Et possidebo te in conspectu gentium: et scies quia ego Dominus.
17 Et factum est verbum Domini ad me, dicens:
18 Fili hominis, versa est mihi domus Isral in scoriam: omnes isti s, et stannum, et ferrum, et plumbum in medio fornacis: scoria argenti facti sunt.
19 Propterea hc dicit Dominus Deus: Eo quod versi estis omnes in scoriam, propterea ecce ego congregabo vos in medio Jerusalem,
20 congregatione argenti, et ris, et stanni, et ferri, et plumbi, in medio fornacis, ut succendam in ea ignem ad conflandum. Sic congregabo in furore meo, et in ira mea: et requiescam, et conflabo vos.
21 Et congregabo vos, et succendam vos in igne furoris mei, et conflabimini in medio ejus.
22 Ut conflatur argentum in medio fornacis, sic eritis in medio ejus: et scietis quia ego Dominus cum effuderim indignationem meam super vos.
23 Et factum est verbum Domini ad me, dicens:
24 Fili hominis, dic ei: Tu es terra immunda, et non compluta in die furoris.
25 Conjuratio prophetarum in medio ejus: sicut leo rugiens, rapiensque prdam, animas devoraverunt: opes et pretium acceperunt: viduas ejus multiplicaverunt in medio illius.
26 Sacerdotes ejus contempserunt legem meam, et polluerunt sanctuaria mea: inter sanctum et profanum non habuerunt distantiam, et inter pollutum et mundum non intellexerunt: et a sabbatis meis averterunt oculos suos, et coinquinabar in medio eorum.
27 Principes ejus in medio illius quasi lupi rapientes prdam ad effundendum sanguinem, et ad perdendas animas, et avare ad sectanda lucra.
28 Prophet autem ejus liniebant eos absque temperamento, videntes vana, et divinantes eis mendacium, dicentes: Hc dicit Dominus Deus: cum Dominus non sit locutus.
29 Populi terr calumniabantur calumniam, et rapiebant violenter: egenum et pauperem affligebant, et advenam opprimebant calumnia absque judicio.
30 Et qusivi de eis virum qui interponeret sepem, et staret oppositus contra me pro terra, ne dissiparem eam: et non inveni.
31 Et effudi super eos indignationem meam; in igne ir me consumpsi eos: viam eorum in caput eorum reddidi, ait Dominus Deus.
