Third Khandhaka. Chapter 32
32.
1. 'And in case, O Bhikkhus, a Bhikkhu who has rendered himself liable to the Mnatta discipline, or is undergoing the Mnatta discipline, or is fit to be rehabilitated, is guilty meanwhile of a number of Sa"m"ghdisesa offences which he does not conceal; and he then throws off the robes, and again receives the upasampad,--then with regard to the Bhikkhu so liable to the Mnatta discipline, or undergoing the Mnatta discipline, or fit to be rehabilitated, the same rules are to apply as in the case of a Bhikkhu so acting while undergoing probation 1.
'And in case, O Bhikkhus, a Bhikkhu who is fit to be rehabilitated 2 is guilty meanwhile of a number of Sa"m"ghdisesa offences which he does not conceal; and he then becomes a Sma"n"era, goes out of his mind, becomes weak in his mind, or becomes diseased in his sensations; his offences are some of them

concealed, some of them not concealed.... [and so on, as in chapter 30, down to the end, excepting that the penalty is here the same as it is in the previous chapters 31 and 32].'
